Now I know theres a ton of tractor guys on here, that have forgotten more than I know,, but has anybody ever been up close to one of these monsters??? Krist I picked up my truck from the dealer and comming home I saw this thing going the other way at what had to be 30mph,,, I whipped around and gave chase, I had to see what this thing was up close,, Good Lord Almight that tractor is a monster. The farmer must have thought i was a nut when i pulled inhis driveway and jumped out of my truck.. Its a Fendt 800 I think he said has like 250hp 4 tires that are nothing short of huge and it sits like a Caddy,man if it aint in that cab you dont need it. No I didnt ask what he paid for it, somethings are best left unasked. I came home and looked at my little BX and compairing them it is little,,lol,, But I figure i can buy a ton of little tractors to do what i want for what he paid for that monster,,,Damn what a nice tractor

Hi Skeets. A lot of the bigger farms up here run Fendt's. Amazing tractors but big money. Top speed is supposed to be close to 50 mph.:D Dusty

How one person can drive the tractor and operate all that crap is beyond me :confused:

I still get my but kicked operating the 2 spools on my box scraper simultaneously :(

A friend of mine does cement work. He is an old order mennonite so they don't drive cars, But they have tractors up to 100 hp. On job sites they as a rule will use the farmers loader while they are working there. So this one farmer has about a 100 hp Fendt for his loader tractor. My friend hopped into it to move some forms and after about 5 min he climbed back out and said he couldn't figure out how to start it. His 14 year old son climbed into it and had running and gone in about 20 seconds.We had a bit of a chuckle about a 14 yr old who would never drive a car but had no problem operating that Fendt.:D Dusty

Hey Skeets, how long did the guy let you climb around his tractor? I'd given up a days pay to climb around that machine!

Scott,, I spent about 10 min looking around,, man I just wanted to play with this thing,, George, the farmer that was driving it,, a pretty nice guy once he figured out what I was going on about,,, said he thought he was gona have to get a crowbar to pry my a$$ out of the seat....AC stero/cd/mp3/satalite, GPS and gawd knows what else,, Im not ashamed to say it but i was as excited as a puppy with 2 peters, sitting in that thing,, Now I can hardly wait untill the ground gets to the point that he will be working it, I really wana see this bad girl in action

Did you make friends with Farmer George? I hope you already know what his favorite pizza is. Be easy though, we don't want him to think our obsession for tractors makes us skitzo. Well maybe we are, but very harmless skitzo's :cool:

It looks like a commercial for the latest biggest Fendt.

The 800 is a product in the range of 200-280HP, below the 900.

With the 800, Fendt starts with a new concept of operating.

Right joystick to drive

Middel one is called x-joystick

The right one is for the front 3ph and back 3ph

The new item is the Touch display with a manual control at the right

The three buttons are vario guide, documentation and configure of ISO-Equipment

Explaning the 11,100 kg !!! back 3ph and the 8 electronical hydraulic connections

Telling you that the engine is emission-reduced

the front axle suspension is adjustable (up and down ) and helps driving a curve
